Our wedding was seriously the best night of our life. You guys thought of everything. It turned out so perfect. I wouldn’t have changed a thing! We felt like royalty and the entire wedding/wedding planning process was stress free. Rachel guided us and helped plan every small detail that we wouldn't have thought of, and the food was amazing! Thank you so much for curating the best night of our lives! Rachel, I want to thank you for doing such a great job and calming my nerves on my big day. Everything was flawless and flowed perfectly. Jose, thank you so much for keeping our cups full, making sure we ate dinner, and helping out with everything we needed during the reception. You guys are the best! Beautiful location, but the event planner and team is so disorganized and hard to work with. We are from out of state and Rachel scheduled our final meeting in which we flew in for and the team told us she was out on a planned PTO and her team didn’t know about our meeting. So we are just standing at the location waiting for someone to tell us something since this is the final meeting, a month before the wedding ! We then tried to get in contact with her when we flew back home. We didn’t hear back until about 3/4 days later requesting to schedule a new time to chat over the phone regarding the FINAL details of our wedding since we weren’t going to book a new flight out there. The day of the final meeting call comes around, she doesn’t call us and doesn’t pick up our call after waiting 15 minutes past our scheduled time. This is the second no call no show from Rachel. Once it was 30 minutes after our scheduled time, we found the event team’s general email and the general managers email and emailed them trying to get in contact with anybody. She didn’t call until an hour later. During the call I asked how involved they were during the wedding day and she said they are there for whatever I needed, so I asked if they can tie flowers to the aisle chairs and that’s all I needed, nothing else. The flowers are already made and her team just needs to tie them on. In which she confidently assured me it was something easy they can do. She also mentions that we can have a Golf Cart to help us go around for photos. Day of the wedding, I arrive with the flowers in hand ready to give to the team to tie to the chairs… no one is there. So I am running around, hair and makeup already done, trying to find Rachel before the wedding and she is giving a tour to another couple. I asked her about her team that she said will help put up the flowers and she grabbed a man who was nice but he seemed to not know that he was suppose to do, so my cousin ended up putting up the flowers herself. We also did not get the golf cart that was promised and we planned for. To be honest, mistakes happen and I can look past it as human error, but she didn’t genuinely apologize once, it was just a quick “hi, sorry I was [insert excuse]” and moved on as if we didn’t fly all the way there for a meeting or waited an hour for a call… Overall my wedding was good, but was too stressed out to fully enjoy it.

The Huntington Club did an outstanding job for our event on Christian Leadership & Religious Freedom Event on 10/01/2022. Rachel, the Event Sales Manager, answered all questions by phone and email in an extremely timely manner and made planning our event very easy. The staff of the HC kept everything running and moving forward as the event progressed with no issues whatsoever. The Indian food was excellent and was set out and cleared away perfectly according to the timing we had planned. All our guests at the event were so thrilled by the golf club, as it was very beautiful and peaceful with greenery all around the club. My wife and I recently had our wedding reception at The Huntington Club at the beginning of December 2022 and it was truly a great experience to have our wedding here. We had the wedding ceremony and the dinner reception combined into one. We worked with Rachel and LeeAnn - both who were amazing and very professional. Our wedding consisted of about 40 people. Here are some notes about the experience working with THC: 1. The setup of the ballroom was lovely and the table settings were done perfectly, as seen in one of the photos. The table setting was done properly 2. LeeAnn and Rachel were very responsive and adjusted plans accordingly to fit our needs 3. The food is made in-house and the chef's selection for the pre-fixe menu was beyond expectations. Our personal favorite dish was the pork chop 4. All of the wait staff were efficient and quick to respond to the guests' needs and there were no gaps in service 5. The club itself is a gorgeous place and the decorations for Christmas was an added plus for our experience Overall, we would say that our wedding experience with The Huntington Club was next to perfect and that was thanks to the staff, the location, the food, and the level of detail to service. We would highly recommend anyone looking to plan a big event at THC, whether its a wedding, company party, or special occasion.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Huntington Club as an event venue for those looking for a stylish and comfortable setting, delicious food, and excellent service. While it may be a little pricey for fundraisers, the venue is well worth considering for other events.
